TONY JANKAUSKAS
Bombshell Associate Coach, Nutrition Coach & NPC Bodybuilding Athlete
Set the Goal. Build the Plan. Do the Work.
Tony Jankauskas isn’t particularly interested in whether you think you can do something.
He’d rather figure out what it’s going to take to get it done.
Tony discovered the weight room at 14 years old and has been training ever since. He competed in bodybuilding through 1990, then life took him somewhere else entirely. For the next 32 years, he built a successful career as a Global Supply Chain Professional and Principal Consultant while raising three sons, all gifted athletes who continue competing into adulthood.
The stage waited.
At 55, Tony came back.
Now 59, he has competed in seven NPC bodybuilding shows since returning in 2022, becoming a National Qualifier and Masters Class Champion. More than three decades between stage appearances didn’t convince Tony that his opportunity had passed. It proved something he now wants other people to understand:
It’s never too late to build something better.
That philosophy shapes the way Tony coaches. His approach is structured, direct and built around execution. Proper form comes first, resistance increases when execution earns it, and progress is created by getting a little better than you were yesterday.
No shortcuts, no complicated motivational speeches, and very little patience for “I can’t.”
Tony spent decades solving complex problems in global business, and he brings that same systematic mindset to fitness. Define the objective, identify what needs to happen, build the process, execute it consistently and adjust when the data tells you to.
But beneath the discipline is a man who believes strongly in confidence and positivity. Tony has coached athletes in hockey and baseball, raised three competitive sons and now coaches men and women pursuing both lifestyle transformations and competitive goals. His standard is simple: he will never ask someone to do something he isn’t willing to do himself.
And he lives that standard. When Tony isn’t coaching, consulting or preparing for his own next stage, you’ll often find him flying across the country to watch one of his sons play hockey, finding a gym so they can train together, spending time with his mom, or making the most of the time he has with the love of his life.
At 59, Tony isn’t talking about what he used to be capable of.
He’s still finding out.
Because there is MORE in you, and sometimes the only way to discover it is pretty simple:
Set the goal. Build the plan. Do the work.
