ART SIMS

Attorney, Former Professional Athlete
Performance Doesn’t Stop When You Leave the Gym.

Art Sims knows a thing or two about performing under pressure.

A former Professional Athlete, Art has spent his life in environments where preparation, discipline and execution matter. But his experience extends far beyond the field. As an attorney, he provides general counsel to high-profile clients and has negotiated multimillion-dollar domestic and international deals across the entertainment, music, film, television and publishing industries. He also serves as a college law professor.

And then there’s the job that may require more endurance than all of them combined, full-time father of five.

That combination gives Art a perspective on fitness that goes far beyond workouts. He understands what it means to stay strong, capable and disciplined while balancing a demanding career, family, responsibility and a life that doesn’t conveniently stop because it’s time to train.

He brings that real-world perspective to BSF Men, with a straightforward philosophy: you don’t need to make fitness your entire life, you need to build a life where taking care of yourself is part of who you are.

Because there is MORE in you, at any age and in every chapter, and Art is living proof that performance doesn’t have an expiration date.

FROM THE Professional Athlete TO BOMBSHELL: TRAINING FOR LIFE

From Professional Athlete and combat athlete to executive, full-time Dad and life after 40, Arthur Sims shares how his approach to fitness has evolved along with his LIFE, and why training the Bombshell way has helped him stay leaner, more mobile and dealing with fewer aches and pains, while maintaining strength.

How he trains now, how he eats, what he stopped doing, and why training for LIFE looks very different than beating the hell out of your body in your 20s.

Because the goal isn’t to train like the man you WERE. It’s to build the body the man you are NOW needs for everything still ahead.

LIVING WITH A BOMBSHELL

Her fitness journey may start with changing her body, but what happens when she starts changing MORE than her body?

As she gets stronger, healthier and more confident, you may find yourself living with a woman who carries herself differently, dresses differently, takes up more space and feels better about who she is. How you respond to that transformation can either strengthen your relationship or slowly fracture it.

Arthur Sims talks man-to-man about how to genuinely support the Bombshell in your life, encourage her goals, understand what this journey means to her and embrace her newfound confidence rather than feel threatened by it.

And perhaps most importantly, how to be part of her journey without becoming her coach, food police or unsolicited fitness expert.

Because when you support the woman she’s becoming instead of trying to hold onto the woman she’s been, her Glow Up can become a Glow Up for your relationship too.

LOVE, SWEAT & STAY IN YOUR LANE

Working out together sounds GREAT, until one of you starts correcting every rep, controlling the workout, talking too much, getting competitive or uttering those dangerous words… “Well, what YOU should do is…”

Shannon Dey and Arthur Sims take a fun, real-life look at why some couples thrive training together while others are ready to break up before the warm-up is over.

Different goals. Different strength levels. Different training styles. Different ideas of how much TALKING should actually occur between sets. Training together doesn’t mean training identically.

Learn how to share the gym, support each other’s goals and actually ENJOY training together, without competing, criticizing or trying to become each other’s coach.

Because sometimes the secret to being the perfect training partner is knowing when to SPOT THEM, and when to STAY IN YOUR LANE.
