Shannon Dey didn’t set out to fit into the fitness industry, she built her own lane in it.

What started with one Bombshell Fitness client in 2007 became Bodies by Bombshell and ultimately Bombshell Inc., a global fitness and lifestyle company built around one simple belief: there is always MORE in you.

The philosophy was born through coaching and the development of the Bombshell Fitness System, a system proven over nearly two decades to build the best bodies in the world. But from the beginning, Shannon knew the body was only part of the story. Fitness could become the catalyst for something much bigger, changing your confidence, discipline, expectations, and ultimately, the way you show up for your entire life.

Shannon has lived nearly every side of the industry she now leads. She owned and operated multiple health clubs, became an IFBB Fitness Pro and International Fitness Model, served as an NFL Cheerleading Team Captain, and earned a Master’s Degree in Health Education with an emphasis in Sports Management and Exercise Science from the University of Kansas. She didn’t study this world from the outside, she lived it, then built something better.

Today, that “something better” reaches far beyond coaching. Under Shannon’s leadership, Bombshell has grown into an ecosystem spanning fitness and transformation coaching, apparel, competition services and event production. She promotes multiple NPC and IFBB contests, while ICE Tanning, Hair & Makeup services nearly 30 NPC and IFBB events each year. She continues to expand the Bombshell clothing brand, develop the coaches and systems behind Bodies by Bombshell, speak on confidence and transformation, and command the stage as an emcee and host for some of the most prestigious bodybuilding events in the world.

Through every part of Bombshell runs the same philosophy, expect more from yourself, stop playing small, and don’t be afraid of a little tough love along the way. Shannon will absolutely celebrate your wins, but she’ll also call you out when she sees you settling for less than you’re capable of, because she believes in people enough to expect MORE from them.
