JENNY CLAPP

Bombshell Fitness Master VIP Coach, B-Physique Head Master Coach & IFBB Bikini Pro
Work Hard. Show Up. Have a Damn Good Time Doing It.

Jenny Clapp believes becoming your best doesn’t require giving up everything you love about your life.

In fact, she thinks that’s entirely missing the point.

A mom of two, IFBB Bikini Pro, Master Coach and accomplished Hair and Makeup Artist, Jenny’s own journey didn’t begin because she dreamed of becoming a professional athlete. After having her children, she simply wanted to lose the baby weight and feel like herself again.

That one decision would eventually change far more than her body.

Jenny began teaching group fitness and personal training before joining Bombshell in 2011 with the goal of competing. She spent a year on stage, then stepped away from both Bombshell and the competition world as life moved into a different chapter.

Years later, she came back with a much simpler goal, get in shape for her wedding.

Instead, she fell in love with fitness all over again.

That return became a reinvention. Jenny became a Bombshell Coach, resumed competing, earned her IFBB Bikini Pro Card and went on to earn multiple Top 5 finishes as a professional athlete. Along the way, her life has included motherhood, divorce, remarriage, stepping away, starting over and discovering that sometimes the next version of you looks nothing like the one you originally planned.

Jenny doesn’t believe starting over means going backward. Sometimes it’s exactly how you find out what else you’re capable of.

Today, as a Bombshell Fitness Master VIP Coach and Head Master Coach of B-Physique, Jenny brings that perspective to women in every stage of their own lives. And as both an elite physique coach and Master Hair and Makeup Artist, she sees transformation through a uniquely wide lens. It isn’t simply the number on the scale or what you see in a progress photo, it’s how you walk into a room, how you present yourself, how you feel in your own skin and how fully you SHOW UP for your life.

And Jenny is adamant about one more thing, you are allowed to enjoy the hell out of it.

Serious goals don’t require you to be serious all the time. Discipline doesn’t mean deprivation, and pursuing an extraordinary body doesn’t mean putting the rest of your life on hold. Jenny believes you can train hard, chase big goals, laugh loudly, get dressed up, take the trip, enjoy the moment and build a life you actually want to be present for.

Because at 40, 50 or any age, there can be another goal, another stage, another reinvention and a whole lot of FUN still waiting for you.

There is MORE in you, but you’re allowed to have a damn good time finding it.

This roundtable is a chance to look honestly at the version of you that got you here, the lessons you’ve earned, the patterns you’re ready to leave behind, and the standards you want to carry into your next chapter.

Together, we’ll talk through where you’ve grown, where you may still be holding yourself back, and what has to change if the next version of your life is going to look different from the last.

You will leave this table with inspiration, clarity on who you’re becoming, what you’re no longer willing to repeat, and what you want the next 20 years of your life to stand for.
