ART SIMS

Attorney, Former NFL Player & Lifelong Athlete
Performance Doesn’t Stop When You Leave the Gym.

Art Sims knows a thing or two about performing under pressure.

A former NFL player and lifelong athlete, Art has spent his life in environments where preparation, discipline and execution matter. But his experience extends far beyond the field. As an attorney, he provides general counsel to high-profile clients and has negotiated multimillion-dollar domestic and international deals across the entertainment, music, film, television and publishing industries. He also serves as a college law professor.

And then there’s the job that may require more endurance than all of them combined, full-time father of five.

That combination gives Art a perspective on fitness that goes far beyond workouts. He understands what it means to stay strong, capable and disciplined while balancing a demanding career, family, responsibility and a life that doesn’t conveniently stop because it’s time to train.

He brings that real-world perspective to BSF Men, with a straightforward philosophy: you don’t need to make fitness your entire life, you need to build a life where taking care of yourself is part of who you are.

Because there is MORE in you, at any age and in every chapter, and Art is living proof that performance doesn’t have an expiration date.

LOVE YOUR LOUDER SELF

COACHES: Jenny

This roundtable is a chance to look honestly at the version of you that got you here, the lessons you’ve earned, the patterns you’re ready to leave behind, and the standards you want to carry into your next chapter.

Together, we’ll talk through where you’ve grown, where you may still be holding yourself back, and what has to change if the next version of your life is going to look different from the last.

You will leave this table with inspiration, clarity on who you’re becoming, what you’re no longer willing to repeat, and what you want the next 20 years of your life to stand for.
